| Cancellation | Subscriptions may be cancelled any time before the next renewal date. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period. Due to the nature of digital services, returns or exchanges are not available after service provision begins. We do not provide prorated monthly or annual refunds except as required by applicable law. |
| Subscription Changes | Prorated charges or credits from adding or removing editors are combined and reflected on the next invoice; no immediate charge or refund is made when editors are added or removed. A change from monthly to annual billing takes effect immediately: we credit the unused portion of the monthly period and charge the net difference for the new annual period immediately. A change from annual to monthly billing takes effect after the current annual term ends, with no immediate refund. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. |
